SOME ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS
When you place an order with me, you are making an offer to buy goods. I will send you an e-mail to confirm that I have received your order to the email address that you provide within 2 days of receiving your order.
I must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order, inc postage costs, before your order can be posted.
Postage costs depend on weight of your order, and will be added to you invoice when order is ready. If you feel that postage is too high, then you can cancel your order at this point.
Please note: I do not over charge on postage, and do offer a fair postage rate.
Acceptance will be deemed to take place upon despatch of your order. My acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
I will email you when your order is despatched, and give an expected date for delivery. If your parcel has not arrived 5 days from the expected delivery date please contact me so I can pursue the matter.
If your package is damaged please notify me of any items that may be damaged within 48 hrs of receiving your parcel.
Payment
You undertake that all details you provide to me for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct.
I use pay pal to collect all payments.
you do not need a paypal account to pay, nor do you have to set one up, the paypal invoice will allow you to pay by credit or debit card, this system is safe and secure.
If you do have a paypal account, you can of course pay direct from your paypal account.
paypal will ask you for your delivery address when you pay, please make sure you give the correct address.
